Two ways to delete

From the app
1. Open WrestlingT
2. Tap your profile photo (top right)
3. Under Account Security, tap Manage
4. Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account
5. Type DELETE, enter your password, and confirm
If you are a head coach, you may transfer your team to another member of your coaching staff, and then delete your account. To delete the entire team, we must be contacted by email at techsupport@wrestlingt.com.

By email
Email us at techsupport@wrestlingt.com from the address tied to your account, using the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name, your school or program, and your role (coach, athlete, or parent). We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Full breakdown of the data we remove and what we may retain by law.
Permanently deleted
- ✓Your profile (name, email, and photo)
- ✓Your login and app access
- ✓Your workouts and XP history
- ✓Your direct messages
- ✓Your message reactions and read receipts
Kept as team records
- ·Chat messages you sent, kept in your team's history and shown as "Former member"
- ·Team content you created (match results, events, announcements, film, files, workouts), kept for the team with your name removed
- ·For athletes: your roster record and competition results, which your school or program keeps as an education record under FERPA
- ·Billing records required by law (up to 7 years)
- ·Audit logs kept for compliance
- ·Backups, purged within 90 days
Kept data either has your name removed (anonymized) or is held by your school or program as an education record under FERPA.
Deleting a minor's account (under 13)
Under COPPA, a parent or legal guardian can request deletion of their child's account at any time. Email us at techsupport@wrestlingt.com from the email on file as the parent/guardian. We'll verify the relationship and complete deletion within 30 days.
Coaches and schools can also request bulk deletion for graduating classes or athletes who leave the program. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens when you delete

From the app: immediate
When you confirm in the app, your login and personal data are permanently deleted right away. There is no deactivation step or waiting period, and it cannot be undone. We email you a confirmation moments later.

By email request: within 30 days
If you ask us to delete your account by email instead, we confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Backups purged: within 90 days
Residual copies in backups are purged within 90 days. Anonymized team records (shown above) are kept.
