You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. We honor every request in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and platform policy. We keep the process simple.

What gets deleted
Full breakdown of the data we remove and what we may retain by law.
Deleted within 30 days
- ✓Profile (name, email, photo)
- ✓Login credentials
- ✓Match history and stats tied to you
- ✓Workouts and XP records
- ✓Chat messages you sent
- ✓Uploaded photos and videos
- ✓Push-notification tokens
May be retained
- ·Anonymized team-level stats (no name, no PII)
- ·Billing records required by law (up to 7 years)
- ·Backup data (purged within 90 days)
- ·Audit logs for FERPA compliance
All retained data is anonymized or stored under strict access controls.
Deleting a minor's account (under 13)
Under COPPA, a parent or legal guardian can request deletion of their child's account at any time. Email techsupport@wrestlingt.com from the email on file as the parent/guardian. We'll verify the relationship and complete deletion within 30 days.
Coaches and schools can also request bulk deletion for graduating classes or athletes who leave the program. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
