Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. ("WrestlingT," "we," "us," or "our") operates the WrestlingT mobile application and website (www.wrestlingt.com). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, including minors who participate in wrestling programs.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, role (coach, athlete, parent), and team affiliation when you create an account. Parent/guardian and emergency-contact details may be recorded for athletes.

Athlete Data: Weight class, weigh-in weight, grade, eligibility status, match results, workout/training activity, and performance statistics entered by coaches or athletes.

Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and device information to improve our platform.

Communications: Announcements, messages, and notifications sent through the platform.

User Content: Photos, video, PDF reports, and other files you upload or attach to profiles, announcements, chats, or match/film records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the WrestlingT platform
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
• Enable team management, live scoring, and analytics features
• Send announcements, notifications, and service-related communications
• Generate performance analytics and match statistics
• Provide customer support
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

4. FERPA Compliance

WrestlingT is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). When used by educational institutions, we act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest. Student education records are used solely to provide the services requested by the institution. We do not use student data for advertising or marketing purposes. Schools retain control over their student data and may request deletion at any time.

5. COPPA Compliance

WrestlingT is provided to and used by wrestling programs and schools, and student-athlete accounts are created and managed by coaches acting as school officials (see Section 4). Athletes are added to a team by their coach and reach the app through a coach-issued invitation; there is no public sign-up for children. For student-athletes under 13, we rely on the school or program to authorize the collection of student information for the internal, educational purpose of team management, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) framework for school-authorized services and with FERPA. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it. Parent/guardian accounts are linked to their athletes through our parent-athlete relationship system, and parents may review their child's information, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting their coach or us. These same review and deletion rights apply to student-athletes aged 13–17. If you believe information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, contact us at the address in Section 12 and we will delete it.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• Your Team: Coaches, athletes, and parents within the same team as determined by role-based permissions
• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and email delivery services, under strict data processing agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

7. Data Security

We implement security measures including secure data transmission over HTTPS (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, role-based access controls enforced at the database level, security audit logging, and regular security reviews. Offline data stored on your device syncs securely when connectivity is restored.

8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Parents may request deletion of a minor's account, and head coaches may request deletion of team data. 9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
• Export your data in a portable format

10. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and security. We also use third-party analytics tools, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how our website is used and to improve the experience. These tools may collect usage and device information, and Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of WrestlingT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
