Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and device information to improve our platform.

Communications: Announcements, messages, and notifications sent through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the WrestlingT platform
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
• Enable team management, live scoring, and analytics features

4. FERPA Compliance

WrestlingT is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). When used by educational institutions, we act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest. Student education records are used solely to provide the services requested by the institution. We do not use student data for advertising or marketing purposes. Schools retain control over their student data and may request deletion at any time.

WrestlingT complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). For users under 13 years of age, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information. Parent/guardian accounts are linked to minor athletes through our parent-athlete relationship system. Parents can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• Your Team: Coaches, athletes, and parents within the same team as determined by role-based permissions
• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and email delivery services, under strict data processing agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, role-based access controls enforced at the database level, security audit logging, and regular security reviews. Offline data stored on devices is encrypted and syncs securely when connectivity is restored.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Team administrators (head coaches) can request data deletion at any time. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
