Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WrestlingT (the "Service"), operated by Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, team, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

WrestlingT is a wrestling team management platform available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and web application. The Service includes team roster management, live scoring, spectator tracking, analytics, communication tools, and other features as described on our website. Features vary by subscription tier (Varsity, Championship, Dynasty).

3. Accounts & Registration

To use WrestlingT, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 13 require parental consent)
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Team administrators (head coaches) are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their team.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Plans: WrestlingT offers three subscription tiers: Varsity ($399/year), Championship ($599/year), and Dynasty ($899/year). All plans include unlimited users (coaches, athletes, and parents) within the team.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel.

Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with WrestlingT within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting techsupport@wrestlingt.com. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm any individual
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share student data outside of the platform in violation of FERPA

6. Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into WrestlingT, including rosters, match results, statistics, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License: By using WrestlingT, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

WrestlingT, including its design, features, code, and content, is the property of Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The WrestlingT name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. The offline scoring feature allows continued use without internet connectivity; data syncs when connectivity is restored.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genius Land Entertainment L.L.C. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
