Common questions
From the app login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll get a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check spam. Still stuck? Email techsupport@wrestlingt.com.
WrestlingT works fully offline and syncs the moment you're back online. If sync seems stuck: pull down on the home screen to force-refresh, then check that you have a signal. If results still don't appear after 60 seconds online, email tech support with the date and event so we can investigate.
Coaches can add athletes from the Roster screen via email invite. To remove an athlete, open their profile and tap "Remove from team." Removed athletes lose access immediately, but their match history stays in your team analytics.
Open Settings โ Subscription in the app to upgrade your tier. Mid-season upgrades are pro-rated. For school district billing or downgrades, email sales@wrestlingt.com.
