From the app login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll get a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check spam. Still stuck? Email techsupport@wrestlingt.com.

WrestlingT works fully offline and syncs the moment you're back online. If sync seems stuck: pull down on the home screen to force-refresh, then check that you have a signal. If results still don't appear after 60 seconds online, email techsupport@wrestlingt.com with the date and event so we can investigate.

You can delete your account right in the app: open your profile (top right), tap Manage under Account Security, then Delete Account in the Danger Zone, and confirm by typing DELETE and your password. Deletion is immediate. Head coaches transfer their team to another coach first (Team Settings → Transfer Team Ownership) so the team's data stays intact. If you can't log in, or you're a parent requesting deletion of your child's account, email techsupport@wrestlingt.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. See Account Deletion for full details.

Email techsupport@wrestlingt.com with: a description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your device (iOS/Android/Web), and a screenshot if possible. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.

Manage everything from your account on wrestlingt.com, all self-service: upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your payment method, view past invoices, and manage your account details. Upgrades are pro-rated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. For school or district billing (POs, custom invoices), email sales@wrestlingt.com.
