Most coaches spend 8–12 hours per week on admin work that WrestlingT automates. At even a conservative $25/hr value of your time, that's over $1,000/year recovered. WrestlingT Varsity is $399. The math is simple. The 60-day free trial makes the risk zero.
Every plan includes unlimited coaches, athletes, and parents. There are no per-user fees. A 25-athlete team with 50 parents and 4 coaches pays the same annual price as a 80-athlete team with 160 parents and 8 coaches. The only difference between plans is the feature set, not the number of users.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. All your existing data transfers seamlessly. See the full features available in each tier.
Varsity plans include email support with a 3-day response time. Championship plans get a 2-day response time. Dynasty plans include priority 24-hour guaranteed response. Dynasty plans also include dedicated onboarding assistance.
After your 60-day trial converts to a paid subscription, a pro-rated refund is available within 30 days. No refunds after that.
